Pilates, unlike GYROTONIC®, uses primarily linear motion to add core strength. It focuses on the core, termed the powerhouse, to build strength and agility in a balanced way. Each movement finds connections with your core muscles and teaches you to develop them over time. As you progress, your posture will improve, you will become stronger, and your thighs, stomach, and buttocks will become leaner and shapelier.
